Are there any restaurants in the area?
Yes, several. There are delicious restaurant options within a block or two and many more within a short driving distance.

Is there disabled access to the library?
Yes, there is disabled access to the building and to the library. There is also disabled access to the restrooms.
Regarding parking, the lot behind the Ford building has one designated ADA spot. It has a two-hour limit. Portland has specific rules addressing parking on the street.Time Zone Parking Privileges in Portland: No Time Limit at 30 minutes and longer zones. Observe time limit in zones under 30 minutes.
Parking Prohibited: Disabled person plates or permit do not allow parking privileges except as described above. Disabled person plates or permit do not extend time limits in areas designated for special use and do not allow vehicle storage over 24 hours on public right-of-way.
