On next Wednesday afternoon the service flag of the Hood River High School, on which appears 95 stars, will be dedicated. The ceremony will be attended by the local Grand Army organization and members of the Woman’s Relief Corps. An address will be delivered by Dr. John H. Boyd, of Portland. School children, under the direction of Mrs. Charles H. Henney, will deliver a patriotic musical programme.
