This is an index to the Portland Death Certificates, 1881-1917 to documents stored on microfilm at the GFO library. There are a small number of birth records included in the film; also removal and transportation documents that accompany the certificates. A number in brackets to the left of the roll# indicates multiple documents. The dates covered are primarily from 1889-1902, but there are earlier and later ones. As with all death records, the quality of information given depends on who provided the details.
