Abstract: 

The Spulniak Collection contains the papers compiled by Joanne Spulniak. The files are organized by surname. Most contain correspondence from fellow researchers, family group sheets, and ancestor charts. They also have research notes taken from various sources, most secondary such as published record sets. There are also copies of some birth, marriage, death, and naturalization records, and a few photos. Of special interest are letters dating from the mid-1800s, a 1911 diary, and an autograph book from the 1880s. The most common surnames are Babcock, Coleman, Grider, Langworthy, Phillips, Smith, and Woolsey.
