Title: Cook Collection

Accession Number: 2012-05

Creators: Mary Lucile Cook (1891-1970)

Abstract: The Cook collection is a compilation of personal family history research. There are also files related to research done by Mary Lucile Cook in her role as a volunteer with the Daughters of the American Revolution. Most files contain research notes and biographical sketches connected to a given surname. A few files contain obituaries clipped from Oregon newspapers from the mid-1960s. There are unique files seemingly unrelated to the collection such as cemetery readings from Louisiana. Surnames connected to Mary Lucile Cook’s lineage include Cook, Whiting, Schultz, Murphy, Dunn, Jones, Crawford, and Flint.
